Information on the Electric Gates

The gate system is accessible by a key card, or you may purchase a gate remote. Each resident will be issued a key card at no charge, which will allow access to both the front and rear gates of the community.

Entry Instructions

The front entry gate will also have a phone operated park direction that will list each homesite with a call code number. When a guest enters your code into the system, you will receive a phone call that will allow you to talk to the person at the gate. If you wish to let this person into the community, you will depress 9 on your touch tone phone which will open the drive-in gate for your guest to enter the community. If your guest wishes to walk into the community, you will need to depress # on your touch tone phone to open the walk in gate. Please note: Pedestrian traffic will not be able to exit the rear gate.

The directory can be accessed two ways by visiting a guess at the front gate. Your guest can look up your last name, or they can input your house number (if you live in the B half of a duplex, the gate system has your house number with a 0 replacing the first number. Example: 333b, input 033).

When leaving the community the gates will automatically open when your vehicle comes within 20 feet of the gates. Please wait until the gate is fully open before entering or exiting.

Both gates will be installed with an emergency battery back up, if the power should fail, the gate will automatically open until the power is back on. Each gate will also be equipped with an access box for emergency services, such as fire, police and ambulance which will allow them to access the community at any time.

If you need additional information regarding the operation of the gates, please contact the Managers Office.
