To state mail for a new home: You will need to go to the Oroville Post Office to pick up the box key. The Post Office is located at 1735 Robinson Street in Oroville. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and on Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

To start mail for a used home:
Go to Oroville Post Office at 1735 Robinson Street and request a "NDCBU" lock change. You need proof of residency or a rent receipt.

Garbage Service:
Garbage will be picked up on Friday mornings. Your 30 gallon container must be placed at the curb side on Thursday night and returned out of sight by Friday afternoon.

Contacting Management: The Oaks has a 24 hour answering service that is checked throughout the day. If you have any concerns, please leave a message with your lot number, telephone number and the nature of your concern, and management will contact you promptly. The Oaks Management Office number is 530-589-2969.

Required Keys: A pool key for Upper and Lower Pool; A clubhouse key which opens the left side of the main clubhouse; Also there is an electric gate card, the key card inserts into the bottom slot of the round chrome knob on the pole where the gate closes. Remote openers for the electric gates can be purchased at the management office.
