Each home at The Oaks is built by the industry’s finest manufacturers, offering a wide variety of single level, two and three bedroom homes. Constructed with quality and affordability. All new homes have a full one-year limited warranty. The factories also provide an extended warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the factory.

Custom ordered from more than 50 floor plans to meet your needs and budget, all of our homes are designed for comfortable living, including fully equipped kitchens, plush carpeting, designer window treatments, drywall interiors, and more. Attached or detached garages and carports, and custom decks or patios are just some of the many options available. There are many terraced view lots with spectacular vistas.
